Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is automatic IP rotation Proxy? How is it different from other types of proxies? .

A: Automatic IP rotation proxy is a type of backconnect proxy that allows you to route your traffic through multiple backend proxy servers in contrast to using a static single proxy IP. This allows you to get access to as many IP addresses as you want. IP addresses are automatically rotated every few seconds or every request in a random manner and you will have a fresh pool of randomly automatic rotating IPs.

Q: What kind of proxies is offered? Are the proxies Google Passed?.

A: Our automatic IP rotation proxies are made up of both HTTPS and HTTP proxies. Each proxy type is accessible via a single gateway server which in turn routes your connection automatically to over 500K active different IPs located worldwide. A majority of these proxies are Google passed and can be used for any SEO tool

Q: Why do you provide only a pair of ports for each proxy protocol?. I thought backconnect proxies always involve having many ports?

A: Our backconnect or IP rotation proxies operates quite differently from the normal backconnect proxies you may have used where you are given many ports. Contrary to what most people believe, the number of threads or connections doesn't depend on the number of ports. A single port can support well over 100K threads provided the system is optimized for that using the right technology. We use a special technology that makes it possible for our backconnect proxies to support huge threads per single port spanning over 50K threads

Q: Are these proxies private/exclusive or public proxies? .

A: Our automatic IP rotation proxies consist of 2 different ports. One port allows you to access high premium verified open proxies and another port allows you access to exclusive/private proxies that are only available for our clients. The public proxies are not the typical non reliable and abused open proxies that you can scrape anywhere.

Q: What can automatic IP rotation proxies be used for? .

A: If you regularly need to scrape data from websites or need to access multiple sites with different IPs to remain anonymous, then you will find automatic IP rotation proxy very useful. Automated IP rotation proxies are commonly used by companies and SEO companies for web scraping and automated data collection.

Q: Are there any bandwidth or requests limitations with your automatic rotation proxies? .

A: We do not limit your bandwidth nor throttle your connections when using our automatic rotation proxies. You can run as many queries as your software or web scraper allows. This is why many of our clients prefer our services unlike other companies who would throttle or limit your conenctions or make you pay more for higher number of simultaneous requests. We allow you to run high volume of concurrent requests with each request coming from a different IP address so you can extract your data faster. There is no limitations on the number of threads or simultaneous connections you can run with the proxies while using these SEO tools. Threads are automatically dispersed in a fair way among all current users on the system at any given time (Fair use policy).

You are free to set the number of threads as your system resources (RAM and CPU) will allow, however the actual threads you can achieve will depend on the current threading capacity of our system and your network/system resources. Depending on system conditions, you can obtain up to 1,000 threads. At 1000 threads from other providers, you would be paying thousand of dollars per month from our competitors

Q: How do I connect to the proxy servers?

A: You will be given our gateway proxy IP and ports to use in your program. The proxies are connected to via a single Gateway IP and port for each proxy protocol. Each port connection is re-routed to different HTTP or HTTPS proxy IPs in multiple countries in this scheme: Your computer->"Single IP Gate-Server->Proxy Server. Click here to see a schematic of the connection. Setup and usage is very easy. Simply add the gateway IP and the ports and you are done.

Q: How many geographic locations are accessible via your proxies? .

A: The service provides access to over 500K IPs from open proxies in multiple countries worldwide. Unlike other open proxies services you will find elsewhere, you will always get 24/7 access to unlimited unique proxies at any time. You dont need to scrape dead proxies endlessly anymore. Just connect to our gateway proxy server and your proxy issues is over

Q: Will the proxies work for SEO tools such as GSA SER, Senuke, Scrapebox etc? .

A: Yes, the proxies works great with any SEO tools you can think of.

Q: Do you have setup/configuration guide on how to use your backconnect proxies for GSA SER? ? .

A: Yes, please download the setup guide we have prepared here (PDF) .

Q: How many proxy IPs will I receive and what are the port number for the proxy servers? .

A: Our backconnect or IP rotation proxy system is a unique proxy system that uses a single gateway IP address that intelligently routes your route your requests through thousands of backend proxies located worldwide. This gateway server IP has multiple ports and these are fixed. The port number you choose instructs our proxy server gateway which proxy type to select. We support both HTTP and HTTPS proxies. Regardless of the port chosen, your IP will be automatically rotated every few seconds. Our current ports and the type of protocol they support are listed below:

Port 5008 >>>>>>>Worldwide HTTP/HTTP Gateway Server 1

Port 6000 >>>>>>>Worldwide HTTP/HTTPS Gateway Server 2

Q: If my software need 10 different proxies at the same time how can I configure your proxy to do that?

A: Although we provide only 2 ports each for each proxy protocol, we do not throttle the number of threads or connections that you can run through these ports. Up to 500-1000 threads can be used depending on your system hardware and our system resource availability. When you connect to our backconnect proxy port, the IPs will auto rotate every request. so if for example your software need 10 different proxies at the same time, you will use >10 threads(that is send 10 or more simultaneous requests to any of the proxy ports)

Q: How do I authenticate to the proxy servers? .

A: Our automatic IP rotation proxies use IP address based authentication only. We do not not use username/password authentication. You can switch your IP address any any time from our control panel. However, you can only authenticate to the proxy servers with a single IP address at a time.

Q: How fast are the proxies. Can I test the proxies before placing an order?

A: The proxies are generally fast as only working and fast proxies are pulled into our IP pool. However speed could vary based on your network and proxy location. Yes, we do offer 1 hour full unrestricted test.

Q: Can I choose the proxy locations I want? .

A: Yes, it is possible to have access to USA geolocated back-connect proxies as well as random worldwide proxies.

Q: Is port 25 opened on the proxy server? Can I use the proxies on my email client or bulk mailer programs.

A: Only one of our gateway proxy server allows port 25 for legitimate mailing and for email clients that needs access to port 25. We have zero tolerance for spam and we need some verification from you to access the port 25 on this gateway server.

Q: Can I use your proxies if I have a dynamic IP? .

A: Although most dynamic IPs do not change very often multiple times per day, you are free to update your new IP as many times as you like via our control panel.

Q: Where do I signup and what payment methods do you accept? .

A: We currently offer various payment methods such as Paypal, Payza, Perfect Money, CashU. You can signup here
